*Harry with Dumbledore in the Kings Station
*Mrs. Weasley and Beatrix
*Gringots Bank
*Ron and the Horacrux
I bought and read Harry Potter VII over the weekend. It was completely satisfying to me. Loved how she tied up the ends, and explained things. [...]

Earth
I’d like to think I’m “of the earth.” I’m definitely of this earth in that I’m full of sin and hatred, but I’d like to be an earth mother or something, and I’m really not. Some day I plan to live on a farm and have goats (to eat the grass) and [...]

I’m an auntie again! My brother Jonathan’s wife had a baby girl this morning, 15 days after her original due date, and 7 days after her amended due date!!! She was definately ready to have this baby. She was going in this morning to be induced at 7 a.m. but went into [...]

orange is one of my favorite colors…..

I remember not being able to imagine Jaylie being any older than this…..thinking, man she is so grown up:)

This one is slightly monumental b/c I distinctly remember a shift in my thinking, and making a specific decision to include scripture as much as I could in my art.

this is [...]

I had these done yesterday, but I was wasted tired after 4 days of kids camp, (and I wasn’t even helping this year!) We also had a maternity photo shoot last night. Sorry this is late!!

I have something for tone on tone stuff…..

I did this one in April, but I never [...]

damn hot!

12Jul07

the average daytime temp of seattle in July is 74*, yesterday it was over 100* and inside our house at 6:30 p.m. was 89* that’s too hot for inside of a house!!!
{It has cooled off today however, and its just about 80 outside, inside is a cool 76*}

I only cut one piece on this page, I sent the apple through the cricut (makin the grade cartridge) All of these were sitting in my scrap pile.

like my little hand made peas? That was one of my FIRST paper piecings I made! back in 2004.
