….is kicking his butt; I can tell you a story about how I know:

Last night I got home from scrapbooking at about 1:30 a.m. My key had been left in the house; and I was locked out! I had the baby with me and I was locked out of the house; at ONE THIRTY IN THE MORNING!!!

I started knocking on the door; LOUDLY! and no answer! I knock and knock and pound and pound, and knock and pound. All the time I was calling and calling the house phone too (Jon’s phone was off.) And no answer. The neighbors dog was barking and barking, b/c I was knocking and knocking….ack!

Then I had the bright idea to go down to the window of our bedroom and bang bang banged on it for about 5 mintues. I was freaking out! He would not wake up for anything.

I think I made around 20 calls to the house and each of the times it rang 5 times before it went to voicemail, and NOTHING not a peep from Jon. In the mean time I’m praying that he’d wake up, or something. I seriously had NO IDEA what to do.

Finally, I went to the kids window and looked in; the hallway light was on. A minute of calling on the telephone later I checked again and the light in the hallway was out, so I knew that Jaylie was up and walking around, but she wouldn’t answer the phone. Finally I started talking into the door, calling Jaylie’s name, and she opened the door. YAY!!! She was standing there crying, b/c she didn’t understand what was going on, BOO:( I hugged her and loved on her for a little while, then I went down to yell at Jon:)

I was like; I’ve been knocking and calling and pounding on the doors and windows for 20 minutes; what is going on???? And here’s Jon; “I don’t know what you are talking about, I have to think about this, I have to think about this” LOL!!! He was so tired from this project that he is finishing up and the late nights he’s been keeping, and just the stress of it all that he never once heard ANY of my noise until I came down and yelled in his face!

Poor Jon, Poor Jaylie, Poor Joy…..a psychotic experience has been had by all.
